While approaching a decade worth of outside sales experience, I’ve created a career built upon the principle of making & keeping commitments. With discipline, adaptation and a fast learning environment, I abide by a work hard, play hard mentality. Though work ethic cannot necessarily be taught in a traditional classroom setting, you are either a “go getter” in life or you are not. Sacrifice goes hand in hand with success so I have a high intensity training platform in place to help with that all while increasing team production. My sales program consists of: leadership, being Coachable and most importantly, a safe work environment where cultivating a culture of fun is vital to our success.
My time in direct sales has been both challenging yet the most rewarding job experience in my professional career. My best year at Vivint included 170 personal sales, I was the top 2nd year rep among 1,000 other sales reps and top-5 sophomore in all of my region, Triumph. Lead by example, open the vision for both my team and office. Remember, all it takes is just one individual to believe in you, that single seed will be fruitful toward generations to come.
Apart from my professional life: Faith, Family, Football sum up the priorities and lastly the hobbies I do enjoy in this stage of life. I was brought up as the baby of the family, so being the youngest, I quickly learned at an early age to always have that chip on your shoulder and enjoy the thrill of the, “chase” because success isn’t achieved, it’s about progress. If you aren’t progressing in life, you are declining. Upward and onward!
