I am the founder of "Synergy" or "The Synergy Squad" here at Vivint. My mission when I created Synergy is to be the greatest, most diverse and inclusive self-development program in the world that takes place in a sales environment. I strive, with the leadership I work with, to provide a culture that can be an extension of a family to those that enter into our program. My "Why" is being able to mentor and develop individuals with new skills, psychology, health, financial literacy, competition and habits that will change their lives and their future families lives for generations to come.

Embarking on my 9th year in door-to-door sales, with the last 5 years dedicated to Vivint, I reflect often on the decision or "risk" I made at 21 years old to venture into this field of door to door or direct sales. I made the decision in hopes of financial independence, life education courses I couldn't find in college and personal growth. The journey has been transformative, offering traveling world wide experiences, invaluable life lessons, financial stability, and lasting relationships that have anchored me in the sales domain for the foreseeable future.

Throughout my leadership tenure, I have overseen the recruitment and management surpassing 200 sales representatives, excelled as an individual top performer within each of the companies I was with, nurtured multiple six-figure earners in their 20s, and cultivated a culture of success. Not to mention  the program under my guidance has disbursed over 3 million in sales commissions in the last 3 years alone!
