Carter Bagley
Sales Manager / Team Lead
Sales has always been around me—my grandpa was a salesman, my dad was a salesman, and now here I am. I started at Vivint three years ago, drawn to the idea that you get out what you put in. My drive for hard work paid off early: I was a top rookie in my first year, and in summer 2024, I was the number one sophomore sales rep in the Los Angeles office. I grew my production by 93% from my rookie to sophomore year, more than doubling my earnings and hitting my first six-figure year.
I believe mindset is everything in sales. Finding a routine to stay in a strong mental state is half the battle, and I love helping other reps build that foundation. I’ve always been eager to share what worked for me, whether through role-playing, strategy discussions, or just being there for teammates when they need support. No matter what happens on the doors, I believe in keeping things light, staying competitive, and having fun along the way.
I grew up in South Jordan, Utah, and spent two years in Orlando on an LDS mission, where I learned to speak Mandarin Chinese fluently. Outside of sales, I’m all about the outdoors—fishing and skiing are my favorites. I enjoy thrifting and fashion, love listening to music, and take every chance I get to travel. When it comes to sports, I’m a Utah Utes, Jazz, and Utah Hockey Club fan.
More than anything, I want to be known as a leader among my peers—someone who is humble, fiercely competitive, and always has my team’s back.
